Delivery of optical components

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. FedEx services include a tracking number. Where offered, the Swiss Post option is for non-business orders only.

In-stock standard components are normally dispatched within one business day. Dispatch is separate from carrier transit time. Custom apertures, prototypes and laser systems have project-specific lead times; please confirm timing with us before ordering.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately. Current standard checkout rates are USD 22 for FedEx Europe and, in the Rest of World zone, USD 18 for the non-business Swiss Post option or USD 42 for FedEx Priority. Availability depends on destination and the options shown at checkout. For laser systems and project shipments, request a shipping quotation with your order.

Transit time and customs

FedEx deliveries typically take 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and service. This is an estimate; customs processing and carrier delays may extend delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Destination import taxes, duties and clearance charges may apply; ask us to clarify the delivery terms in your quotation.

Engineering and consulting

Electronically delivered engineering and consulting services do not require parcel shipping. Any physical prototype or sample shipment is agreed separately within the project scope.
