This is a custom size precision air slit.
- Slit width can be anything larger 50um.
- Slit length can be maximum 30mm.
- Substrate size can be maximum 50mm x 50mm.
It will be cut on a 0.2mm thick aluminium shim as standard, but 0.1mm aluminium and 0.05mm stainless steel is also available.
Mounting holes can be added anywhere on the substrate disk with the criteria that they are at least 5 mm away from the slit. Other than circular forms are also possible.
